How do I report a bug or an error?
Email us at support@ediinsight.app describing what you were doing, the expected result, and the result you got. If possible, include your iPhone/iPad model and iOS version — it helps us reproduce and fix the issue faster.
What's the difference between the free version and Pro?
The free version lets you explore the reference libraries and try file analysis up to a certain limit. The Pro version unlocks unlimited analysis, report export, full history, and the address converter with no restriction.
How do I manage or cancel my Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by EDI Insight. Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device to change or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
My payment didn't go through / I don't have Pro access after purchasing
In the app, use the "Restore Purchases" option on the paywall. If the problem persists, email us at support@ediinsight.app with the Apple ID used for the purchase (never share your password).
Are the reference libraries (EBICS codes, ISO 20022…) up to date?
Yes. The reference libraries are maintained and expanded regularly. If you spot missing or incorrect information, let us know — feedback from professionals in the field is invaluable for improving the app.
Can I suggest a feature?
Absolutely, and it's encouraged. EDI Insight evolves largely thanks to user suggestions. Send your idea to support@ediinsight.app.
